ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The International Conference on Recent Trends in Computer Science and Technology (ICRTCST-2026) is the flagship event of R.V.S. College of Engineering & Technology, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Since its inception in 2021, the conference has served as a platform for academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and students to exchange knowledge and ideas on emerging technologies and innovations.

The conference focuses on recent advancements across diverse domains, including Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and Management. It provides an opportunity for participants to engage in discussions, share research outcomes, and explore collaborations that address current challenges and future directions in these fields.

The 6th IEEE International Conference on Recent Trends in Computer Science and Technology (ICRTCST-2026) will be held on January 29–30, 2026, in hybrid mode (virtual and offline). The conference program will include Keynote Lectures, Tutorials, Workshops, and Oral Presentations, featuring leading experts and researchers who will highlight the latest developments and technical solutions in areas such as Communication Engineering, Power Systems, and Robotics.

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, ensuring global visibility and indexing in major abstracting and citation databases.

About the College

RVS College of Engineering and Technology is a renowned academic institution with a rich legacy of over 22 years, located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, it was established with the primary goal of providing high-quality education in technology to contribute to society. The college quickly emerged as a hub of academic excellence in the state of Jharkhand. With a diverse student body and passionate faculty, RVSCET has produced countless luminaries who have impacted the world, fostering cutting-edge research and innovative pedagogy. RVSCET is always at the forefront of education and discovery and continues to be a hub of intellectual excitement and creative energy. ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

ICRTCST-2026 is being organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Department of Civil Engineering.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering is dedicated to imparting strong foundational knowledge in the principles of mathematics and physics, applying them to the design, development, and manufacturing of mechanical systems and devices that impact our everyday lives. Mechanical engineers play a crucial role across diverse industries such as automotive, aerospace, biotechnology, electronics, MEMS, energy, environmental systems, automation, and manufacturing. The department is committed to nurturing skilled engineers and technocrats capable of contributing to key industrial functions like production, planning, maintenance, design, quality assurance, and research & development. By aligning technical education with industry needs, the department aims to produce professionals who enhance organizational performance, support national economic growth, and contribute to the overall well-being of society.

Civil Engineering is one of the oldest and most influential engineering disciplines, forming the backbone of societal infrastructure and development. The Department of Civil Engineering offers a comprehensive degree program that equips students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to plan, design, and implement a wide range of infrastructure projects—including residential and industrial buildings, hydraulic structures, water supply and sanitation systems, and transportation networks. Graduates are well-prepared for diverse career opportunities in both public and private sectors, including construction, urban planning, infrastructure development, and environmental engineering. The program also provides a solid foundation for advanced studies and research in specialized areas of civil engineering.

AUTHORS GUIDELINES

All submissions must be in English only.

  • All submissions should be blind. The author’s names, affiliations, emails, and other details in the ‘author panel’ below the paper title should be kept blank.
  • Manuscript length must be 4-6 pages as per the IEEE Conference format. Please download the template from the link: Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings
  • Manuscripts less than 4 pages or greater than 6 pages will be rejected without review.
  • The submission of manuscripts should be done in PDF format only (submission file size within 10 MB), either through EasyChair at https://easychair.org/conferences?conf=icrtcst2026 or via email to [email protected], as provided on the homepage.
  • The authors need to choose a track while submitting a manuscript. However, the Technical Program Committee reserves the right to shift the paper to another track based on the relevance and content of the research.
  • Once a manuscript is submitted through EasyChair or [email protected], it is immediately sent for review. Hence, authors are requested to submit only the final version. Editing or updating the manuscript after submission may lead to delays or complications in the review process.
  • All submissions will undergo a double-blind review. Acceptance will be based on quality, originality, technical content, and relevance to the conference theme.
  • This conference will adopt flexible deadlines to ensure maximum participation. ‘Rolling acceptance’ will be provided in phases. A list containing ‘Papers Accepted’, ‘Papers with Major Revision’, ‘Papers with Minor Revision’, and ‘Papers Rejected’ will be published in each phase. Deadlines for revision submission, final acceptance, and registration will be communicated via email and the conference website.
  • In case of early ‘final acceptance’, authors of accepted papers are required to register early as per the communication email.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register under the ‘Authors’ category to present the work at the conference. IEEE members must submit proof of active membership to claim any registration discount.
  • The participation certificate will be awarded only to the registered author. If the registered author is unable to present, a co-author may present the paper with prior permission from the organizers.
  • Only papers presented at the conference venue will be sent to IEEE for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. IEEE’s ‘No Show’ policy will apply to papers not presented.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • There is no ‘late registration’ category for authors. All authors of accepted papers must register by the due date to include their manuscripts in the conference proceedings.
